Come meet with Coach Eric one-on-one, learn some basic and well-defined movement patterns with the major barbell lifts, and sit down for a discussion about your goals and Eric's lifting philosophy to see if the two meet.
Meet with Coach Eric 2x per week to move through coaching in the major barbell lifts, using a basic fullbody strength program to begin your journey toward personal resilience, and finding the accountability useful for building good lifting habits.
Schedule weekly time on the equipment in my studio located at Helena BJJ dojo so that you can continue to build and develop strength for life or resilience on the mats.
