If you're having a difficult time committing to Linear Progression Coaching, that's understandable. The NLP is a commitment in terms of time, although the payoff is strength! Try this very low-risk alternative instead.
Take me up on my offer for a free consult, during which I'll teach you the four basic barbell lifts alongside discussing our co-defined goals. Then purchase a two session punchcard for $40 to evaluate whether you think the both the coaching fit and time commitment is correct for you. If you decide to take up coaching, I'll incorporate the $40 into the monthly cost of coaching, which is a cheaper per session proposition. If you don't want to continue, then you've received essentially three sessions of training for $40.
Here's the one caveat I add: strength takes time and consistency to build. In two months, I believe I can get you a liot stronger than you were. In three sessions, you'll see something beginning to happen, but certainly not the same as what two months brings. Simply keep that in mind so that you treat the sessions as a coaching evaluation with the most strength gains ahead of you.
